By accessing or using Garage Boost ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Garage Boost is a cloud-based garage management platform that provides:

  • MOT reminder automation
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Vehicle lookup and tracking
  • Job management and invoicing
  • Inventory and expense tracking
  • Online booking system

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind your garage business to these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing Plans

  • Starter Plan: £29/month
  • Professional Plan: £49/month
  • Business Plan: £79/month

All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT (20% will be added for UK customers).

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

4.3 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Engage in abusive behavior

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape data

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7.2 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bizz Boost Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency repairs
  • Third-party service failures
  • Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizz Boost Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizz Boost Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
